The City of Louisville reached out to TufTile for assistance with a cast iron blended transition project with a unique request attached to it: to deliver the tiles unfinished with oxidation already in process. TufTile was able to easily achieve this look at their on-site warehouse and manufacturing facility. The design engineer utilized the EasyArc™ Radius Calculator located on the TufTile website to calculate the number of tiles needed for the project. This intuitive tool enabled the design engineer to download an engineering drawing and bill of materials. The property owner, project architect, design engineer, contractor, and the city of Louisville were all pleased with the installation.
