Innovation, Quality, and Customer Service Since 2008
TufTile ADA compliant wet-set (cast in place) replaceable tiles are available in:
The only manufacturer of galvanized steel with a G-90 rating for exceptional service life. Polymer tiles are constructed of a proprietary resin that will not crack, chip, or fade. Durable cast iron withstands the harshest weather conditions.
Our unique anchor design allows aggregate to consolidate around anchor for long-lasting hold.
Ideal for cured concrete or retrofit installations, our surface-applied tiles are available in two materials:
The low-profile beveled edges provide a safe transition from surrounding surfaces. Shipped with 1-1/2” corrosion-resistant stainless-steel drive pins, ¼” carbide tip drill bit, and sealant to secure tiles tightly to the concrete.
Achieve ADA compliance and precision radius installs with the EasyArc™ radius calculator. Simply choose your tile material, enter the radius or height, chord or arc length and calculate. Our easy-to-use program creates site-specific illustrations with bill of materials that installers can download and print for their team.
EasyArc creates radius solutions for all TufTile detectable warning surface materials including galvanized steel, cast iron, and polymer.

TufTile in-house powder coating system allows for precision quality control, reduced lead times, and greater productivity. The fully automated process includes a 6-stage wash station with zirconium rinse for superior bonding and adhesion of the finish. The powder coat chamber delivers a high transfer rate for a uniform build and a final finish that will not chip, peel, or fade. Energy efficient with no solvents or VOCs.
ADA-Compliant Installation Solutions
TufTile complies to R305 regulations ADA Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) for Public Rights-Of-Way (July 26, 2011). Our polymer resins and powder coating colorants create a UV-stable finish that resists peeling, chipping and fading.
